Access to Your Medical Records
You or your authorized representative may inspect your medical records during regular office hours with 24 hours advance notice to the Medical Records Department. The Medical Records Department is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can be reached at 864-366-3266.
Copies of your medical records are available within ten working days upon receipt of a written request by you or your authorized representative. If copies are made for your own use, you will be charged and asked to pay in advance. Copies requested by other physicians or healthcare facilities are free of charge.
